DLL1 (Delta-like Protein 1, Drosophila Delta Homolog 1, Delta1, H-Delta-1, UNQ146/PRO172) (PE)
DLL1 is the human homolog of the Drosophila Notch ligand, Delta. It is a type I transmembrane protein with a DSL (Delta, Serrate, Jagged) domain followed by 8 EGF-like domains in its extracellular region and a short cytoplasmic region. Notch-DSL signaling plays an important role in the differentiation processes of many tissues.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Excitation: 488nm

Emission: 565-605nm

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
