Description:
We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Specificity: This antibody reacts with both smooth and striated muscle cells. This antibody can be used for typing of soft tissue sarcomas. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:250

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
