|
|
Description: Dicer is an RNase III-like enzyme which cleaves double-stranded RNA into 21-23 nt RNAs. These RNAs are referred to as siRNA (short interfering RNA). It is believed to be essential in siRNA-mediated gene suppression. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75-7.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
