Description: DHX9, otherwise known as ATP-dependent RNA helicase A, is a transcriptional activator and member of the DEAD box helicase family. DHX9 is a component of the coding region determinant (CRD)-mediated complex and exhibits RNA helicase activity, unwinding double-stranded DNA and RNA in a 3' to 5' direction. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
