Technical Data
DHX15, aa1-50 (DDX15, HRH2, DBP1, PRP43, PrPp43p, DEAH (Asp-Glu-AlaHis) box polypeptide 15, DEAD/H box-15, RNA helicase 2, ATP-dependent RNA helicase #46)
Pre-mRNA processing factor involved in disassembly of spliceosomes after the release of mature mRNA. The protein encoded by this gene is a putative ATP-dependent RNA helicase implicated in pre-mRNA splicing.

Suitable for use in Western Blot. Does not work in Immunoprecipitation (use D6510-10D for IP). Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
