Technical Data
DHX15, aa750-795 (DDX15, HRH2, DBP1, PRP43, PrPp43p, DEAH (Asp-Glu-AlaHis) box polypeptide 15, DEAD/H box-15, RNA helicase 2, ATP-dependent RNA helicase #46)
The protein encoded by this gene is a putative ATP-dependent RNA helicase implicated in pre-mRNA splicing.

Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunoprecipitation: 1-5ug/mg lysate
Western Blot: 1:5000-1:15,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Synthetic peptide which maps to a region between residues 750 and the C-terminus (residue 795) of human DEAH box polypeptide 15 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry O43143 (GeneID 1665)
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography
Supplied as a liquid in Tris-citrate/phosphate buffer, pH 7-8, containing 0.09% sodium azide
Recognizes human DHX 15 protein. Reactivity with mouse and X. laevis DHX15 is likely owing to conservation of sequence between these orthologs and human DHX15 at the site to which the epitope maps.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
