DTX3 (Deltex Homolog 3)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Peptide ELISA Titer: 1:8000
Western Blot: 0.2-0.5ug/ml ~90kD band observed in Mouse Fetal Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 38.0kD according to Human NP_848597.1 and 37.98kD to Mouse NP_109639.1). The observed much higher molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Takeyama et al, J Biol Chem. 2003 Jun13;278(24):21930-7.; PMID: 12670957).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
