Elastin (ELN)
Description:
Elastin is an important polymeric protein of connective tissue that imparts elasticity to vertebrate elastic tissues.

Applications:
Suitable for ELISA, RIA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: 1:80. Frozen human skin and liver tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Human skin or liver

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
