Description: Endomucin is an 80-120kD glycoprotein member of the Endomucin family of proteins. It is expressed on endothelial cells and depending upon its glycosylation pattern, can serve as either a pro- or anti-adhesive molecule. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin): 1:5-1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Immunohistochemistry Postive Control: Mammary Carcinoma Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
