ENO2, CT (Gamma-enolase, 2-phospho-D-glycerate hydro-lyase, Enolase 2, Neural Enolase, Neuron-specific Enolase, NSE)
This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. A switch from alpha enolase to gamma enolase occurs in neural tissue during development in rats and primates.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:5000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000
Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
