Eotaxin is a member of the beta (C-C) motif chemokine family of inflammatory and immunoregulatory cytokines. Eotaxin is a potent and selective chemoattractant for eosinophils, but not monocytes, lymphocytes or neutrophils and is primarily produced by epithelial and phagocytic cells.

Description: Recombinant corresponding to aa24-87 of human Eotaxin expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.

Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
