Eotaxin-2 is a recently discovered CC chemokine characterized by its high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils. Recombinant Murine Eotaxin-2 is a 10.3kDa protein containing 93 amino acid residues. AA Sequence: VTIPSSCCTS FISKKIPENR VVSYQLANGS ICPKAGVIFI TKKGHKICTD PKLLWVQRHI QKLDAKKNQP SKGAKAVRTK FAVQRRRGNS TEV Source: E. coli Purity: 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug) Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract murine lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml. Reconstitution: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in water to a concentration of 0.5-1mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. Storage and Stability: The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored at -20°C. Reconstituted eotaxin-2 should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C. Country of Origin: USA Molecular Weight: 10.3kDa |
Source: E. coli Form: The sterile ltered solution was lyophilized with no additives. Important Note: This product is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. |
