Description Human Eotaxin-3 is a recently discovered CC chemokine. Eotaxin-3 binds to the CCR3 receptor and is highly chemotactic for eosinophils. Recombinant Human Eotaxin-3 is an 8.4kD protein containing 71 amino acid residues. Source: E.coli Form: Supplied as a lyophilzed powder. Preservative free. Purity: 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug). Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile dH2O to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml.use. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human CCR3/HEK 293 cells using a concentration range of 1-2ug/ml. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
