EPHB6 (Ephrin Type-A Receptor 6, Tyrosine-protein Kinase Receptor EPH-6, HEP) |
|
|
Description: EPHB6 belongs to the ephrin receptor kinase family. EPHB6 does not have intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity because six invariant amino acids were have been substituted. Despite its lack of kinase activity, ligand binding results in trans-phosphorylation of EphB6 and the initiation of specific cytoplasmic signaling events. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75-7.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
