Growth factor additive in cell culture media for keratinocytes, epithelial and epidermal cells. Half maximum stimulation of cell proliferation with MDCK cells is reached using < 10ng/ml. Applications: Characterized growth factor additive in cell culture media for keratinocytes, epithelial and epidermal cells. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: 6205 |
