Growth factor additive in cell culture media for keratinocytes, epithelial and epidermal cells. Half maximum stimulation of cell proliferation with MDCK cells is reached using < 10 ng/ml. Biological Activity: 10 ng/ml for half maximum stimulation of cell proliferation with MDCK cells. Applications: Suitable for use as a characterized growth factor additive in cell culture media for keratinocytes, epithelial and epidermal cells. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
