Technical Data
E3440-31D
Epstein Barr Virus (EBV), gp250/350 (FITC)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunofluorescence: 1:5-1:20. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
