EBV-Induced Gene 2 (EBI2)
Description:
EBI2 expression has been documented in B-lymphocyte cell lines and in lymphoid and pulmonary tissues. ESTs have been isolated from normal blood, breast, vessel, thymus, tonsil, lymph, ear, and fetal lung, testis, and B-cell libraries. ESTs have also been isolated from blood, bone marrow, breast, ear, ganglion, lung, lymph node, placenta, thymus, tonsil, and vessel cancer libraries.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues): 4-21ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
