Source: Recombinant corresponding to 110aa from mouse Exodus 2 expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~12kD Activity: The biological activity was determined by measuring dose-dependent chemotaxis with a total murine T cell population. A concentration range of 10-100ng/ml produced significant chemotaxis. 6 Ckine is a CC chemokine that is constitutively expressed in lymphoid tissue. 6 Ckine inhibits hemopoiesis and is chemotactic with thymocytes and activated T cells in vitro. Endotoxin: 0.1 ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~12kD |
