FEM1A (Protein Fem-1 Homolog A, FEM1a, FEM1-alpha, Prostaglandin E Receptor 4-associated Protein, EPRAP)
Probable component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, in which it may act as a substrate recognition subunit. May participate in antiinflammatory signaling via its interaction with PTGER4.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in human heart lysates on ~73.6kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
