Molecular Weight: ~21.8kD Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug Biological Activity: FGF-19 is a high affinity heparin dependent ligand for FGFR4. Embryonic regions known to express FGF-19 include skin, cartilage, retina, gall bladder and small intestine. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, 0.1-1% BSA, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~21.8kD |
