Fibronectin (FN, Cold-insoluble Globulin, CIG, FN1) (Carboxyfluorescein) |
|
|
Description: Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix component that exists in different alternately spliced isoforms. Fibronectin mediates cell adhesion in its insoluble state, but not as a soluble molecule. Fibronectins play a role in cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and specific gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light. |
