Description:
Food and Feed DNA Extraction Kit, BioGenomics is designed for the rapid isolation of highly pure genomic DNA from seed, crop, tissue, cell, feed and food. This kit is generally advisable to test GMO of universal processed food. DNA extracted by using this kit can be used for PCR, Real-time PCR and DNA sequencing.

Kit Components:
F5948-60A: Lysis Buffer A, 2x150ml
F5948-60B: Lysis Buffer B, 1x40ml
F5948-60C: Binding Buffer, 1x160ml
*F5948-60D: Proteinase K, 1x1vial
*F5948-60E: RNase A, 1x1vial F5948-60F: DNA Binding Column, 100 x 1 column

Storage and Stability:
Store F5948-60D: Proteinase K and F5948-60E: RNase A at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
