Molecular Weight: ~8.5kD Endotoxin: 0.1ng/ug Activity: Biological activity of recombinant human fractalkine is determined by measuring concentration dependent chemotaxis with human T cells. A concentration range of 5-10 ng/ml produces significant chemotaxis. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application. Fractalkine is a CX3C chemokine. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Molecular Weight: ~8.5kD |
