Frizzled 7 (FZD7) (Biotin)
Frizzled-7 belongs to the Frizzled family of seven transmembrane domain receptors. Frizzled proteins function as receptors for Wnt proteins.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Direct ELISA. Detects Frizzled-7 by Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry on the differentiated embryoid bodies derived from mouse embryonic cell line D3. Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry on human HEK293 cells demonstrate that this antibody crossreacts with human FZD7. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 0.1mg/ml. Use 10ul to label 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Binding may be visualized by adding streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
