Frizzled 8 is one of the mammalian homologs of the Drosophila frizzled proteins, which are known to interact with Wnt proteins (1 and 2). Frizzled 8, originally isolated from a human fetal cDNA library, is also known also asFZD8 or FZ8.
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
