Ganglioside GD2 (Disialoganglioside GD2)
GD2 has been identified as tumor-associated antigens expressed on the surface of neuroectoderm-derived tumors
(melanoma, neuroblastoma and glioma) and T-cell leukemia. Gangliosides (sialic acid-containing glycosphingolipids) are normal membrane constituents and highly expressed in the vertebral central nervous system.

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Cytotoxicity. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 1-2ug per 10e6 cells
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections
Immunofluorescence: Cells in culture
Cytotoxicity: GD2 positive cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
