Technical Data
G2036-05
Glial Derived Neurotrophic Factor (GDNF)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
direct ELISA: 0.5ug/ml using 100ul/well allows the detection of 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant hGDNF.

Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hGDNF is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
