D-Glutamate (D-Glutamic Acid), Conjugated
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Specificity:
Using a conjugate D-Glutamate-Glutaraldehyde-Protein, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:

Compounds: Cross-reactivity ratio (a):
D-Glutamate-G-(Pc) 1
L-Glutamate-G-(Pc) >1:50,000
