Glutathione-S-Transferase[Schistosoma japonicum] (AP) |
|
|
Description: GST (Glutathione S-Transferase) is a 26kD protein encoded by the parasitic helminth Schistosoma japonicum and widely used in the pGEX family of GST plasmid expression vectors as a fusion protein with foreign proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light. |
