Technical Data
Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum] (HRP)
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:5000-1:22,000
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1500

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum]
Purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using GST coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA, (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Gentamicin Sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml sterile dH2O or 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.
Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-peroxidase, as well as purified and partially purified Glutathione-S-Transferase [Schistosoma japonicum]. Crossreactivity against Glutathione-S-Transferase from other sources may occur but has not been specifically determined.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
