Goats were immunized with Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonimcum.

Purity:

Antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using GST immobilized on solid support. Goat anti-human GST affinity purified antibodies were coupled to agarose beads using a cyanogen bromide method.

Form

0.4ml of 50% slurry containing 0.2ml agarose (0.1ug antibody/0.2 ml agarose).

Specificity:

Antibody recognizes GST.
