GPC4 (Glypican 4, Glypican-4, K-glypican, UNQ474/PRO937)
Description:
Glypican 4 belongs to the glypican family of heparin sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) that are anchored to cell membranes by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage. Glypicans may play a role in the control of cell division and growth regulation. Glypican 4 has been shown to be a receptor for endostatin a known potent antiangiogenic protein.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10-12.5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
