Description:
GNPAT is an enzyme located in the peroxisomal membrane which is essential to the synthesis of ether phospholipids.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100
Flow Cytometry:1:10-1:50
Western Blot: 1:100-1:500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
