Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixed-frozen tissue, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
Immunocytochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixe cell preparations
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Tonsil tissue

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the golgi zone of human cells. Produces a diffuse staining pattern of the golgi zone in normal and malignant cells. Can also be used as a marker of the golgi zone in subcellular fractions.
