GPR73A (Prokineticin Receptor 1, PROKR1, GPR73, G-protein coupled receptor 73, G-protein coupled receptor ZAQ, PKR1, PK-R1, ZAQ)
Description:
GPR73A is a Prokineticin/EG-VEGF Receptor. Prokineticin 1 acts though this receptor to stimulate angiogenesis and the contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle. GPR73A expression has been reported in adrenal, peripheral blood leukocytes, brain, colon, pancreas, prostate, rectum, salivary gland, small intestine, spleen, stomach, testis and thyroid. No human ESTs have been identified.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: paraffin sections
Western Blot: 1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
