G-Protein-Coupled Receptor D-GPCR (OR51E1, olfactory receptor, family 51, subfamily E, member 1)
Description:
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPCR EX33 is a member of this family (subfamily Orphan A).ESTs have been isolated from blood and brain libraries.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 15-20ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
