G-CSF is a growth factor and/or cytokine produced by the endothelium, macrophages and a number of other immune cells. G-CSF stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and also to stimulate the survival, proliferation, differentiation and function of neutrophil granulocyte progenator cells and mature neutrophils.

Recombinant corresponding to aa31-204 from the mature short form of human G-CSF, fused to 6x His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli.

Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
