Hepatitis B Core (HBV Core, HBcAg) |

Description: The Hepatitis B virus is one of the most important causative agents of acute and chronic liver disease in humans. HBcAg is a particulate antigen composed of a single polypeptide (p21). It is the replicative form of the virus, and is expressed in the infected cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
