Directions per Liter Dissolve 9.2 grams per liter of distilled/deionized (DDI) water, heating with stirring until completely solubilized, adjusting pH as necessary. If required, add sodium bicarbonate with stirring. Sterilize with 0.2um membrane filter. Aliquot into sterile containers.

Storage Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept refrigerated and used within a short period of time.
