|
|
Description: Mammalian HDAC-8, isolated from human kidney, is a member of the histone deacetylase family. HDAC-8 shares homology with other HDACs in the family, but has different tissue distribution. HDAC-8 is localized to the nucleus and plays a role in the tissue development as well as cancer etiology. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 10-20ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 10-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
