Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry Immunohistochemistry and in vitro virus Neutralization. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 10-100ng/ml
Western Blot: 1-5ug/ml
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Biological Activity:
Neutralizes different strains of HIV-1 at 1-10ug/ml as determined by syncycium assays with CD4-bearing HIV-1 infected cells and co-cultures of HIV-1 infected human PBLs.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
