Molar Ratio:
2-4 peroxidase molecules per molecule of mAb.

Biological Activity:
Peroxidase conjugated Murine anti-gp120 mAb binds to gp120 (IIIB, MN, SF2, RF, CDC4) in CD4/gp120 capture ELISA and Western ELISA.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:2000 depending on the concentration of gp120 in the test system.
Western Blot: 1:5000 depending on the concentration of gp120 in the test system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
