Technical Data
H6003-34G3
HIV-1 gp120 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1) (FITC)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Direct Immunofluorescence and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Direct Immunofluorescence: 1:50 dilution range.
Dot Blot: 1:200
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
