HLA Class 1 Antigen A2
Description:
The epitope recognized by this antibody has been studied extensively and would appear to include the carboxy-terminus of the alpha-2 helix and a turn on one of the underlying beta strands.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Immunohistochemistry: frozen
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Secondary Reagents (FC):
F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG FITC,
F(ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE

Recommended Secondary Reagents (IHC):
F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP

Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC):
Tonsil.

Recommended Negative Controls (IHC):
Mouse IgG2b Negative Control

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
