Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
NS1 myeloma cells fused with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Recommended Negative Controls:
I1904-84S: IgG2b, Mouse (FITC)

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
