Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |

| Specificity: |
| Reacts with all human classical MHC Class I molecules in native cell-surface forms. Positive in immunoblotting with many (not all) MHC Class I allelic forms (e.g. it recognizes native HLA-A2 in cytofluorometry and immunoprecipitation but not in Western blot). Positive in Western blot (non-reducing conditions) with most HLA-B and HLA-C molecules, but not HLA-A. Epitope specificity is very similar to classical antibody W6/32. Species Crossreactivity: Crossreacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species. |
|
| Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications. |
