HLA Class 1 Antigen
Description:
HLA-ABC antigen is present on most nucleated cells of humans and Old World monkeys. HLA CLass I is involved in the presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow cytometry: 1:10-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
