Description: Hyaluronic acid ia a mucopolysaccharide which is an integral part of the gel-like substance of animal connective tissue that serves as a lubricating and protective agent. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Direct ELISA: Coat wells with 1% glutaldehyde for 5 minutes at RT, followed by 3 washes with PBS prior to coating with hyaluronic acid. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
