ICOS Ligand (CD275, Inducible T cell Co-stimulator Ligand, B7-H2, B7 Homolog 2, B7-like Protein Gl50, B7 Related Protein 1, B7H2, B7RP-1, B7RP1, GL50, ICOS LG , ICOSLG, KIAA0653, LICOS, Transmembrane Protein B7 H2 ICOS Ligand)
ICOS Ligand, also known as B7-related protein 1 (B7RP-1), is a costimulatory molecule that serves as a ligand for ICOS (Inducible Co-Stimulator).

Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Neutralization: 1-4ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the cell surface ICOS Ligand in the presence of 20ng/ml of anti-human CD3 and 3ug/ml of recombinant human B7-H2/Fc, using B7-H2-dependent proliferation of PHA activated human T cells as an assay.
Western Blot: 1ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human ICOS Ligand extracellular domain.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
